How did you start your journey?
My cuisine is inspired by traditional Lebanese food as well as from my travels. I believe in good wholesome food using traditional recipes and in season ingredients. I also am a passionate baker and love baking all kind of cakes and pastries.
Where is your cuisine inspired from?
My mother is a great cook and I spent a lot of my childhood in her kitchen. From an early age I used to help her and learn traditional Lebanese recipes. I then pursued my passion and did a cooking school. I traveled and worked in restaurants in Lebanon, UAE and Kuwait.
