How did you start your journey?
My cooking style is traditional with a twist. I love to reinvent classic dishes from French to Asian cuisine.
Where is your cuisine inspired from?
I have always been passionate about food since I grew up on an Island in the Indian Ocean (La Reunion). From my creole inspiration in food, I worked in restaurants and bars in the UK, studied hospitality in Lausanne, Switzerland and worked from 2011 to 2015 in Asia. My cuisine reflects many of my travel experiences, my roots and years spent in China. I still often travel and like to take the best of each cuisine from around the world to bring it to your table.
