How did you start your journey?
My experiences in culinary Michelin starred/ Fine dining restaurants where I was happy to work for Marcus Wareing (1*) in London UK, Blue bay (1*) in Monte Carlo, La Chevre d’or (2*) in Eze-Village France. Living since more than 3 years in Dubai, I worked at the prestigious and exclusive hotel One&Only The Palm with a position of Sous Chef for STAY, the fine dining restaurant belonging to Yannick Alleno (3 Michelin starred French chef).
Where is your cuisine inspired from?
My name is Junior Nadje, I am a French citizen living in Dubai since more than 3 years. I graduated from a Cuisine school in Paris, and since then I was honored to work for prestigious names and restaurants, from Paris to Monaco, and London to Dubai.
