Summary of where the Chef’s cuisine is inspired from and how he/she goes about expressing it
As a global traveller, I am inspired by my travels. Authentic cuisine with a touch of service flare. After numerous cooking gigs for friends I decided to take my passion for food to another level by taking a professional culinary course that combined technique and a different approach to cooking. I am currently enrolled in Scafa to enhance my technique and share ideas with different foodies.

How did the Chef learn how to cook and what is his story?
Well I was surrounded by mother/aunties/grandmother who cooked for the big family. My cooking journey began when I was living alone. In order to survive one's got to eat and so I started cooking. I worked my way up and I eventually taught myself till this day. I have a chance to cook for friends, family and a few guests in their homes. Looking forward to taking this to another level.
