How did you start your journey?
I love all things food, I would be classed as a foodie or food geek. Love experimenting with different textures and flavors. Could spend all day everyday in the kitchen, it's my comfort zone!
Where is your cuisine inspired from?
From childhood I've always been really interested in cooking different dishes and especially cakes and pudding from scratch. My father was a fantastic cook and use to entertain with his dinner parties regularly. I was always encouraged to cook and bake as a child, it's in my genes.
