How did you start your journey?
Cooking is the kind of art that has always fascinated me, and growing up I always found myself learning through observation and experimentation in creating some of the most amazing flavors. Although I enjoy creating all kind of dishes, I found desserts and sweets to be exceptionally more satisfying in terms of creativity and imagination. For this very reason, I developed more fascination towards the art of chocolate making. The entire process of tempering, creating new flavors to decorating the chocolates.
Where is your cuisine inspired from?
It has been years that I have taught myself to make chocolate, and it became my passion. I have done a short chocolate making course from the Chocolate Academy to get the technical know-how, and have also done a diploma in culinary arts and patisseries.
