How did you start your journey?
International cuisine cooked in a healthy way. I like to make all kind of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean Food.
Where is your cuisine inspired from?
I went to university to study nutrition and from there I started learning how to make healthy food. After finishing my degree, I worked as a nutritionist for 4 years then at a catering company for another 4 years. I started my own business from home in 2010, then 6 years later I decided to open my own restaurant.
