How did you start your journey?
My cooking style is Caribbean style themed cooking and also British style themed cooking.
Where is your cuisine inspired from?
I fell into cooking growing up I was deciding what subjects to study at O Level then I ended up studying Home Economics and that is how I realised my passion..and the rest as you would say, is history...
