How did you start your journey?

I mainly cook French mother’s cooking twisted with Mediterranean style, as well as Asian cuisine. I uses only natural seasoning preparing everything from the scratch. My style provides a healthier alternative, following seasonal ingredients as much as possible.

Where is your cuisine inspired from?

I was born in Tokyo, brought up by foodie parents. I moved to the UK to study hospitality management and lived there since 1995. In 2003 I moved to France with a French partner who used to work at a Michelin star restaurant, Umu in Mayfair London and l’Atelier Joel Robuchon in London. It was then that a passion was born and she learnt her first basic cooking skills through life in France.
