How did you start your journey?
I enjoy cooking the food in a healthy way; barbecuing, roasting, blanching, and grilling. I also love to mix different types of foods to create a new unique taste.
Where is your cuisine inspired from?
I was enrolled at the university, studying Mechanical Engineering, then I started working at the restaurant of the famous Lebanese Chef, Marc Kandakji. At the beginning, I worked there to gain the extra cash, then I started loving what I was doing as I was learning more. That was the start of my culinary journey.
