How did you start your journey?
I was advised to learn cooking then travel abroad to pursue my career somewhere in Europe. France was my dream destination, yet this dream fell short and I had to stay in Lebanon and share my talent with the Lebanese. Pastry is my specialty, where I feel like making wonders with dough. Cooking is not a job, it's love!
Where is your cuisine inspired from?
My father was my number one fan and encouraged me to be a chef. I'm a person who likes to travel the world and so found an opportunity to go abroad through the field of cooking. My uncle works as a chef in France, and that was part of my inspiration as well.
