How did you start your journey?
Sushi is what I do best. After many years in the industry, challenges have taught me a lot and I take every moment I hold my knife as an opportunity to prove who I am. I use the freshness of my ingredients to create healthy and tasty dishes with a remarkable touch😉
Where is your cuisine inspired from?
I had my sushi training with a 4 stars restaurant in Cape Town and through many years I developed my skill in different hotels and restaurants in South Africa. Everytime I hold my knife is for me an opportunity to lean. I love healthiness and challenges. I'm today the founder and Head Chef of the best Sushi Catering agency in Cape Town.
