How did you start your journey?
After years of service as a professional chef, Loic decided to become a private chef and launch Let's Cook. The company is growing fast with a professional clientèle and offers some of the most prestigious dishes using fresh ingredients sourced from the finest local suppliers. Let's Cook is based near Brighton, West Sussex, and provides professional culinary services throughout the south east including London, Surrey, Kent and the southern counties. We have created for your perusal a selection of different dishes to satisfy your taste buds. You are welcome to make any suggestions and addition to your menu.
Where is your cuisine inspired from?
Loic is a Private and Personal chef covering London and the southeast. He is offering Luxury fine dining services, tasting menus, canapés parties, business lunches, birthday anniversary, team building, corporate events and cookery classes. Loic has been providing his service as a chef for over thirty years, born in the Loire Valley, started his apprenticeship in a three rosette restaurant and after that he went on to do his national service on the legendary carrier la Jeanne D'Arc traveling all around the world and cooking at the same time for important clientèle. He went to the prestigious Cordon Bleu school in Paris on his return. During his prestigious career, Loic has been working for various establishments such the Ritz hotel in Paris where he was trained as a Michelin chef for one year before moving on to work at La Tour D'Argent also in Paris. Loic then came to London to work at prestigious hotels and other numerous famous restaurants. He was also personal chef for well famous HNWI families in London and surrounding such as Maurice Saatchi and the Alfayed family. He has cooked for François Mitterrand former French President, actors Tony Curtis, Victoria Principal, Cameron Diaz, ex American president Ronald Reagan, politicians Gerald Lyons,Tony Blair and Gordon Brown. His style of cuisine is modern French with a Mediterranean approach. At the end of the dinner you will realise that your vision of the food changed magically. But it's not magic, it's Loic passion for it.
