I have the ability to spend hours in a kitchen, it's some kind of a hobby for me. My mother is an amazing cook that taught me almost everything I need to know about this place. Also, French has always been my favorite cuisine, so I wanted to become a chef specialized in French food.

How did the Chef learn how to cook and what is his story?
After realizing that a kitchen is my happy place, I decided to one of the biggest culinary institution in Beirut - Ecole Hoteliere of Bir Hasan. I worked with some of the top Lebanese and international chefs here in Lebanon, especially French chefs who taught me a lot about my favorite cuisine.
