Originally from Damascus, I moved to the UAE in early 2002 and over the course of a 12-year period I have gained great knowledge base within the world of culinary arts and fine dining. Where is your cuisine inspired from?
When my grandma first told me about the different kinds of olive oil, I realized that cooking is so much more interesting and complex than I had ever thought and I wanted to know everything about it. This long Culinary journey brought me to where I am today, working and consulting for some of the best restaurants Dubai has to offer
