How did you start your journey?
I like to mix, try, surprise and have fun. I certainly have some favorites and key dishes however, I leave it open to the season, the mood, my guests before deciding the menu I will prepare. Always basing my inspiration on fresh ingredients I found at the market and on the last travels I have done where I like learning about new flavors, tastes and ingredients. I specialize in French cuisine and bakery and I like to propose Brazilian dishes that come from my childhood.
Where is your cuisine inspired from?
I learn how to cook at home with my dad while still a teenager. After few years of experience in some restaurants in France, Luxemburg and Brazil I specialized in Paris at École Ritz Escoffier
