How did you start your journey?
I stumbled upon the pastry world by mistake. But it was a great mistake. I ended up falling in love with it and it became my passion. I work hard to make my creations as elegant as possible, yet simple at the same time.
Where is your cuisine inspired from?
I was fascinated by how creative you can be in this domain. So when I first started in pastry, I wouldn't stop reading dessert books and searching the web for recipes.
