Summary of where the Chef’s cuisine is inspired from and how he/she goes about expressing it
Ever since my mommo (that’s Grandmother to you) let me help in the kitchen back at home in Oslo, I’ve had a passion for cooking. It’s why I started working as a Private Chef – whether running supper club, private chef assignments or event catering – the feedback from clients is that the love of cooking shines through. I’m part Italian, speak 5 languages and have lived in many countries around the world, from Russia to Australia. My cooking then is influenced by all these experiences. It’s Nordic…ish! My menus reflect the changing seasons and I love using local, seasonal produce as much as possible - though their reindeer does come from further afield!

How did the Chef learn how to cook and what is his story?
Cooking was always a really important part of my family life growing up, my aunt and my dad both owned & ran restaurants so when not helping there, I could be found following my grandmother around the kitchen watching what she was doing. Having made the decision a few years ago to take the plunge and make my own cooking story, I've been lucky enough to cater events such as intimate supper clubs, wedding receptions, themed parties (a personal favourite was a three tier Finding Nemo cake), as well as having worked as a private chef for Mohammed Al Fayed's country residence.
