How did you start your journey?
Matteo, sicilian passionate chef, class '82, has traveled extensively and has sautéed the best kitchens in Europe. A sicilian heart and a severe method, likes to cook for his guests, spoil them, surprise them with the best raw materials. Always looking for the best, tireless and smiling. Matteo attended the Alma international school of cuisine, one of the most prestigious in the world, learning from Gualtiero Marchesi, and others. He worked in the best kitchen in Italy and UK, improving his method combined with his passion for cooking to deliver an amazing experience for his guests.
Where is your cuisine inspired from?
Passionate for food from young age. I was always interested to watch my mother or my grandma while they are cooking. Went to one of the most important culinary school to improve my skills.
