I use organic, fresh, local & seasonal ingredients to produce great tasting, healthy cuisine. I cook from the heart and have fun in the kitchen which gives me the inspiration needed to create the high quality dishes I create.

How did the Chef learn how to cook and what is his story?
Born in the West Midlands, England with strong family links to Spain, I have a huge passion for Mediterranean style of cooking, preparing feel good food which is essential to leading a healthy, active lifestyle. My ethos to food philosophy has been to keep it fresh, seasonal and local to achieve the best possible flavour, giving a fantastic result to any dish. I was told in early school life that I hold a creative flair and I have always been interested in art, whether it be modern life subjects by Manet or local street painters. I channel my energy onto the plate using colours, shapes and textures which expresses the way I feel.
