How did you start your journey?
I am a passionate promoter of a healthy lifestyle, gourmet and traveller. I love learning about cultures by experiencing new flavours. It's important for me to cook with high-quality products, fresh, organic and he would never use products that may contain any saturated fats or additives. I try to balance my menus for every occasion depending on your taste.
Where is your cuisine inspired from?
I think it was my grandmother who first showed my how to cook. She was always saying that 'it's most important to make them happy' Ever since that is exactly what I have been doing. Cooking good food that makes people happy.
