I specialize in Italian Cuisine, Mediterranean and Intercontinental. My travels and career took me to Rome where I started with Heinz Beck, before moving to Paris with Joel Robluchon where I perfected my techniques. I then moved to Abu Dhabi and been in the UAE for over 4 years.

How did the Chef learn how to cook and what is his story?
My inspiration came from watching my grandmother doing gnocchi in her kitchen at the age of 7. I then knew I wanted to follow my passion and went to Culinary School in Rome. 10 year later, I have traveled all around Europe to explore and to experience all the methods and techniques of the kitchen, with my most memorable stays being in Spain, France and England.
