How did the Chef learn how to cook and what is his story?

J'ai commencé mon apprentissage dans une brasserie puis je me suis tourné vers les grandes maisons étoilées de France, Strasbourg , Paris et st Tropez. J'ai ensuite fait un passage de trois ans en Espagne pour apprendre cette cuisine du soleil, ensuite le Luxembourg pour mes premières places de chef et je suis maintenant à Beyrouth depuis 2013. Tout ce parcours qui m'inscite à vous faire ce menu degustation qui mélange cuisine traditionnelle et moderne avec un design très epuré. Une cuisine dans le détail , une cuisine pour les gastronomes curieux.

    I booked chef Mickael for a lunch with friends and colleagues. Delicious food, great quality, lovely presentation and a refreshing company. All in all it was a great experience. Mickael is definitely a skilled chef.

    Chef Mickael has a great personality and second to none Culinary expression. His combination of Asian and French cuisine will leave you hungry for more. My favorite dish was the merou fish with a veloute of edamame and shitake mushrooms. Highly recommended and 5 stars experience for French speakers!
