How did you start your journey?
My father is my biggest source of inspiration when it comes to the culinary world. He taught me a lot. I used to follow the beautiful aromas coming out of the kitchen when he cooked, and that was when I acknowledged my real passion, cooking!
Where is your cuisine inspired from?
I grew up watching my dad cooking for me special things, he is an amateur but high skilled, I learned the basics from him. I'm a current student at the USEK Kaslik University which is in partnership with Le cordon Bleu Paris, to continue my career.
