I got inspiration from different cuisines and I mix it with my own style.
Where is your cuisine inspired from?
I started my restaurant 7 years ago. I was self taught, which cost me a lot to reach this far. I got a lot of help from other chef friends that helped me with transferring their knowledge to me. I believe working hard is the only way to reach the goal and share knowledge of making great recipes .
