I started as a pizziaiolo (pizza maker) in a pizzeria, I studied as a chef during my work as pizziaiolo. Then I opened my first own restaurant (Italian food). After 4 years I have opened other 2 restaurant in Italy and France. Now I teach in cooking school and cook for big firms around the world, exclusive Italian food.
