How did you start your journey?
If you have inspiration in your life, you can make anything happen in your work. Same thing happened with me as a chef, I have a passion and I made it happen. I originally come from a family of chefs. We have a very "Culinary" atmosphere at home so we are always full of inspiration and we help each other out.
Where is your cuisine inspired from?
I was studying Audiovisuals in college when my father asked me to join him in the cooking industry. I started with him in Casino Du Liban. When I started working there, I started to love it more and more. My father was my role model and I was striving to be a good chef like he was. He supported me as I entered the culinary world.
