How did the Chef learn how to cook and what is his story?

I started cooking as a child, with my grandmother in Switzerland. I received formal educaltion in the USA and Switzerland in cooking and hospitality. I have continued to delvelop my skills by working with some great chefs, in their kitchens. I have run my own kitchen and owned a farm-to-table restaurant.
