How did you start your journey?
I started creating dessert menus in addition to pastry which was my specialty, then I suddenly fell in love with the Lebanese cuisine. I started creating traditional Lebanese dishes, everything that has to do with the old authentic Lebanese menu!
Where is your cuisine inspired from?
My uncle, who used to work at the Mandarine Hotel, was very passionate about cooking. He used to travel a lot which encouraged me to pursue a career as a chef. I love the Lebanese cuisine and want my dishes to reach everyone around the world. I believe that cooking is a great way of communication.
