Summary of where the Chef’s cuisine is inspired from and how he/she goes about expressing it
.Since childhood i would join my mom in the kitchen and gather around her large table with family to enjoy lively Indian feasts prepared from scratch. From my mother, i learned to respect fresh, authentic, ingredients and create the vibrant flavors that turned family dinners into celebrated events. At the age of twenty I traveled to Dubai and since then I have always known that being in a kitchen, preparing amazing food for others. After completing my Internship in 2010, I worked in a number of Indian restaurants before moving to Dubai. I am very efficient and it was here that I developed a much more productive system of food preparation. I also gained experience in managing, and ordering for a large restaurant operation. Over the years as a chef I have had professional experience in a range of restaurants and have culinary training and knowledge in a number of cuisines including French, Italian, Greek, barbecue and seafood. I am extremely skilled at putting my own stamp on traditional dishes, creating new combinations and experimenting with new flavours while being careful not to compromise the freshness and originality of the food I prepare. I have very long experience of cooking different kind of steaks at grill and i am excellent in it. Apart from that I have very good experience in cooking Pizza, pasta, Indian curries, Tandoor and wok dishes

How did the Chef learn how to cook and what is his story?
My parents who used to cook very delicious Indian food at home during festivals or family and friend gatherings, therefore,vibrant fragrances of spices, eye appealing dishes, soft or crunchy sweets, and lots of street food gave me the reason to explore my taste buds and cook what i liked the most.Since then i took cooking as profession and aspired to be a chef.

I was third in charge in kitchen after my head chef and sous chef. I had been leading team of ten and training them.
