Summary of where the Chef’s cuisine is inspired from and how he/she goes about expressing it
My greatest inspiration was my grandmother. From my childhood I have great memories of food and flavors and that is where it all started for me. From Brazil, my home country, I went to pursue my passion in Europe where I have worked in some of the best restaurants in London over the last 12 years. It also allowed me to travel around Europe, be able to taste and discover new flavors from France, Spain, Italy and other countries. My cooking style is simple, refined and full of flavors In addition to the cooking styles mentioned on my profile, I can also create great BBQ experiences, as well as American and Latin American cuisines

How did the Chef learn how to cook and what is his story?
It all started with my grandmother in the kitchen and from a young age. I decided to pursue my passion for cooking, left my home country Brazil, for Europe where I learnt everything I know to date. I am now in the UAE and looking forward to sharing my passion with you.
