As an Italian, I believe in cooking creative mediterranean dishes made from the freshest of seasonal ingredients.
Where is your cuisine inspired from?
I am a professionally trained chef who began hospitality college from the age of 15. Since then I've worked in a number of Italian restaurants including some with a Michelin star. I now live in London and own Con Gusto Catering.
