How did the Chef learn how to cook and what is his story?

I started to learn cooking from my grandma and grew a real passion for every cuisine. Then, I decided to study and to be educated about cooking because in the kitchen , there are plenty of standards that need to be followed. This is how I started my career which has gone international ! Food is a passion and I love to learn new food in every new country I visit.
