How did you start your journey?
Based on my Hospitality & Tourism management studies in Beirut, I became a Sommelier in top-notch fine Wine retail shops and restaurants in Beirut; which lead my capabilities to manage special Wine events and provide trainings in well-known locations such as Vintage and La Petite Maison. Later on, I got certified from the Wine School in South of France and from the WSET. I am here today to spread the skills and knowledge around the World, based on the experience I have earned, by offering you a refined taste of moments and by sharing with you my passion.
Where is your cuisine inspired from?
My father, the Wine enthusiast, made me acknowledge how to taste Wine and define it at a very early age. Years later, it became my passion. Seeing that the World of Wine and Spirits has been always dominated by men, increased my challenge. Today, I became one of the few women Sommelier throughout the Middle East.
