How did the Chef learn how to cook and what is his story?
I learned how to cook by observing my parents who are great home cooks. Being Italian further enhanced my passion for cooking and only when I reached the final of MasterChef UK 2011, a gruelling and hard competition did I realised I wanted to further improve and make cooking my career.
