Coming from the region of Abruzzo, my cooking style boasts authentic Mediterranean flavors. I specialize in making quality homemade recipes using only the freshest and finest ingredients. With Caribbean experience my cuisines are also influenced by the locale Creole dishes and island life style.

How did the Chef learn how to cook and what is his story?
Taking up various part-time jobs at starred restaurants and luxury hotels of Italy, at the age of 15 I was ambitiously looking into the future and nurturing the ideas of traveling and exploring the world. The opportunity was not too long in coming and, as I enrolled in the Culinary Arts studies, I discovered that the exciting profession of a chef might be exactly what I was looking for. After winning numerous culinary competitions, I was announced one of the three best young chefs of Italy. In 2011, already a successful and recognized professional, I still ventured further and achieved my Sommelier Diploma. Since then, I have worked in some of the finest kitchens of Italy, USA and the Caribbean. Now that I decided to bring my talent to the UAE capital, it is an absolute must for everyone to try my exquisite menus.

Since the day I joined, for the past 7 months I completely redesigned the menu, created a different food and beverage promotion each month in order to maximize the restaurant income and gain popularity. I am currently managing a team of 5 chefs for the main outlet and another 4 chefs for the second Italian Restaurant.

Pre-opening and opening of the Pink sands club Canouan a 26 suites and 6 villas, ultra luxury property site on Canouan Island, St Vincent and the Grenadines. After 6 weeks training, I’ve been selected to open two of the Club's new restaurants. I was also responsible for the smooth running of an existing Italian fine dining restaurant. For the last two years I have been second in charge of all the culinary operation, responding directly to the executive chef.
