How did you start your journey?

I started to take more of an interest in cooking at university. I struggled to get healthy homemade, good quality food at a student budget. So, on trips home, I began to pay more attention to my mother’s cooking (she' a chef); and in my spare time I watched recipe videos, read food blogs and over time, mixing in some trial and error, I developed my own style of cooking. I create African inspired & World Fusion dishes using the freshest seasonally & locally sourced ingredients possible.

Where is your cuisine inspired from?

My cooking showcases the vibrancy of West African cuisine with a focus on Healthy Living. Using seasonal and locally sourced ingredients, where possible. My food is healthy, homemade and wholesome. I use traditional ingredients and fuse them with modern cooking techniques to create dishes that will blow you away. I have been cooking-up and serving such foods to guests over the past year in my pop-up restaurant, where we’ve had many positive reviews. We really hope that you too, will get to try & love the still unexplored cuisine.
