How did the Chef learn how to cook and what is his story?

Ever since I was a child, I was very curious to see what my mom, grandma and almost anyone in the kitchen did with food. The kitchen to me was a magical place that urged me to learn more and more about its secrets.

    Our Chef came right on time and as we greeted him he briefly explained the courses he was going to prepare for us. He interacted with us and taught us what each ingredient is and how to prepare it. He started us out with a flamboyant avocado, shrimp salad that was a typically odd but lovely combination. The flavors were explosive. The main course was chicken with a special sauce that we personally have not tasted anything like before. It was great and very fulfilling. The dessert however could have been better. Overall, an enjoyable experience.

    Loved the chicken the most, especially when served with his special sauce! Salad was good too, dessert was OK. All in all, it was a nice experience with Chef Tarek, the guys here loved him, a few minor stuff to improve though.
