How did you start your journey?
Healthy, rich in flavor and low fat; this is how I would describe my food. While maintaining the richness of the flavors, I mainly use healthy, low fat ingredients in my recipes.
Where is your cuisine inspired from?
Everyone can cook, but not everyone can be a chef; kitchen is life by itself. Cooking has been my hobby since I was young and in school. I was helping my mother in the kitchen, especially with doing pasta and sandwiches. She has been my main inspiration and reason for loving food and cooking. She has taught me a lot and that's what got me to pursue my career further and be a chef.
