How did you start your journey?
My passion is simple delicious nutritious food that looks, smells and tastes good and is also good for you. I am also highly experienced in exquisite meals; private or group cooking classes; nutritional consultations.
Where is your cuisine inspired from?
My culinary journey started over 20 years ago. I mastered my cooking skills working with OBE Raymond Blanc at Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons in Oxfordshire for over 7 years. I have passion for cooking for people and also for inspiring them to eat delicious and nutritious food and teach them how to source and choose the best ingredients and which techniques to use to bring the best out of a meal, so they can carry on my passion for cooking delicious food to their homes.
