How did the Chef learn how to cook and what is his story?
My culinary journey started over 20 years ago. I mastered my cooking skills working with OBE Raymond Blanc at Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons in Oxfordshire for over 7 years. I have passion for cooking for people and also for inspiring them to eat delicious and nutritious food and teach them how to source and choose the best ingredients and which techniques to use to bring the best out of a meal, so they can carry on my passion for cooking delicious food to their homes.
