How did the Chef learn how to cook and what is his story?

My culinary journey started over 20 years ago. I mastered my cooking skills working with OBE Raymond Blanc at Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons in Oxfordshire for over 7 years. I have passion for cooking for people and also for inspiring them to eat delicious and nutritious food and teach them how to source and choose the best ingredients and which techniques to use to bring the best out of a meal, so they can carry on my passion for cooking delicious food to their homes.

    The Chef is amazingly talented. Dishes were beautifully presented, well-crafted, surprising and truly delicious. All ingredients were freshly selected and the menu was created to fit our tastes and the occasion. Despite the last minute booking, he delivered an outstanding experience that outpaces what most upscale restaurants offer in the U.A.E. through its attention to details, its freshness and the awesome skills of the chef. On top of this, he is also great company.

    Chef Vlad prepared an outstanding 12 person-dinner for us. The collaboration was perfect, the communication clear and precise, the process easy. The dinner was delicious. We chose French Cuisine for our special evening and all guests were super impressed, from starters to main to dessert Thank you Chef Vlad, very well done.

    Very personable, knowledgeable, and reliable. Vlad was open to feedback and suggestions even at the time of the event. He was entertaining and had a great attitude the whole time. I highly recommend Chef Vlad!

    Chef Vlad is very nice and his food was nice, portions a little big for a 7-course meal. Chef was around 1.5 hours late which created stress which was not necessary.
