Primarily French Fine Dining chef, with a lot of South East Asian flavours...
Where is your cuisine inspired from?
I look at food as a passionate form of art, with a keen sense to create new world cuisine by blending the old and the new.I've mastered my culinary skills in Singapore at L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon and then moved to AL Mahara, Burj Al Arab. Currently working with Etihad as an in-flight chef where I always try to understand my guest's individual needs and strive to tailor make their dining experience.
