How did you start your journey?
I had International work experiences, so I can say that I am a fusion chef, but I can also do traditional Italian dishes and Pizzas.
Where is your cuisine inspired from?
I started to cook from childhood from my grandmother (the best teacher), then I started a culinary school, in the meantime I used to work in my uncle's restaurant as pizzaiolo in Naples. At the age of 22, I left Italy and I started my International experience as a chef in London in a french restaurant ( miz EN voucher). After this I worked for Rainforest cafè in DisneyWorld in Paris. It was American-style cuisine, then I found a job in Melbourne Australia (LAS chicas). This is an experimental cuisine Australian restaurant. Finally, I come to Zurich .
