How did you start your journey?
I combine the Arabic and the Mediterranean cuisines with an International twist.
Where is your cuisine inspired from?
After I finished my high school studies, my friend who was in the food industry introduced me to a culinary school in Damascus. I joined that school and got my diploma in culinary education, while at the same time interning and working for local restaurants.
