How did the Chef learn how to cook and what is his story?

Exciting and avant-garde chefs duet: One is a French chef graduated from a prestigious Chef school. 7 years experience in various high standards kitchens around France and Europe such as Michelin star, 5 Rosettes and Relais & Chateaux. Yann got strong knowledge and influences in Mediterranean, South American and French Cuisine. The other is an Irish “street trained” chef. Over 10 years experience, traveling around Europe, Asia and Australia. He accumulated experiences and knowledge from the trendiest places. He is a Connoisseur and he is strongly involved in the London street food scene. Graham love Asian and Mediterranean food.

    Yann and Graham did an excellent job for us. We had a three course French meal for my wifes birthday with amouse bouche + petit fours. Turned up on time, cooked an excellent meal in our kitchen with minimum fuss, and left the place clean. All dishes brilliantly presented. Beef main course was really excellent. Highly recommended. R

    Wonderful experience by Yann. Food was beautifully presented and timing was excellent. Food was very good and more than plentiful. Yann was also very punctual and tidy, we had a baby asleep in the next room and asked Yann to be extra quite which he made sure of, thanks so much Yann we had a lovely evening!

    For our valentines day dinner we chose chef Yann's valentine menu. Yann was punctual polite and very interactive explaining every aspect of the course upon my request. His amuse bouche was a nice thai broth with veg and nori egg roll. First course of roasted beetroots and goats cheese was delicious. Smoked poached egg with mushroom pate was delicious(definitely star of the course) ,mains lamb fillet and lamb croquette was melting in mouth. Dessert was a superb soft pistachio cake with plums and ice cream. In our kitchen cum dining room he went about cooking quietly while we enjoyed our dinner. He made sure that everything was clean and spotless afterwards.
