How did you start your journey?
Traveling allowed me to develop a cooking style influenced by my middle eastern roots. Fused with world flavors I gathered from around the world, all to create a sensory experience of memories to remember
Where is your cuisine inspired from?
My journey as a chef started at a young age with my Father Italian food and my mum Arabic cooking to my Swiss Culinary degree at Les Roche, I gained my experience by working at five star hotels and restaurants such as " Four seasons hotel"," Marco Pierre whites " and Omnia by "Silvena rowe" and the journey is still on.
